For Oklahoma, at least one of the following business documents are required for approval consideration.

• 2. Valid membership in a major design organization (e.g., ASID, IIDA, AIA, NKBA, IDC)
• 3. Interior design certification (e.g., NCIDQ, CCIDC)
• 4. Valid business license that verifies the validity of the business
• 5. Website
• 6. Business card

For California, a CA business license is mandatory in addition to at least one of the following business documents for approval consideration.

There are some vendors who do not allow discounting; therefore these vendors are excluded from the Trade program. The current vendors include the ones listed below and may change during the Trade Program Agreement period.

These are available on loan directly from a store near you. Please visit your local store for all swatch, wood finish and sample needs.

We are required to collect sales tax in all states in which we have a retail presence. If you hold a valid resale or exemption certificate, we are happy to waive the tax upon your request. Please note: all tax documentation is subject to review, validation and approval at the sole discretion of Mathis Home and in accordance with state, local and federal guidelines. In addition to a valid resale number, we also require a copy of the completed certificate. You may submit this to mathistrade@mathishome.com and reference your Trade account number.

All furniture sold will carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to each manufacturer for coverage details. As-is and clearance furniture will not have warranties and all sales are final.

The optional accident plan (GBS/ProtectAll) can be purchased in the Trade Member's name, but Mathis must have the end customer’s name in the fulfillment field (ship to). If the end customer’s contact information is in the fulfillment portion of the order, GBS should be able to track it. This way, the customer can handle claims on their own, without the Trade Member as an intermediary. The same applies to manufacturer warranty claims.

• A 10% restocking plus a pick up fee (if applicable) will be charged on all items returned within 7 days. If you select other merchandise of equal or greater value within 7 days, there will be no restocking fee. Only the pick up fee (if applicable) will be charged.
• NO CASH REFUNDS. Refunds are processed after receipt of merchandise. Credit card refunds are made within 24 hours. Allow 72 hours for credit to show at your banking institution. Refund checks are mailed within 10 business days.
• All sales are final on AS-IS and Custom Order merchandise.
• No returns on electronics. Exchanges against manufacturer defects are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
• Adjustable bed bases are non-returnable and do not have a tryout period.
• The 7-day return policy does not apply to mattresses, pillows, sheets, comforters, and mattress protection products.
• All mattress sales are final with the exception of Comfort Program eligible purchases.

Custom orders require a non-refundable 40% down deposit.

Agreement will automatically rollover upon payment of the annual Trade Fee, unless the agreement has been terminated by either party.

Either party may terminate this Agreement upon no less than 30 days’ prior written notice to the other party for any reason if at such time there are no outstanding purchases by the Trade Member. Requests for cancellation should be sent to mathistrade@mathishome.com.
