Return Policy

All requests for returns or exchanges must be communicated to Mathis Home within 7 days of receival of this product. All returns and exchanges are subject to approval and unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Sheets, mattress protectors, mattresses, pillows, comforters, mattress protection products, rug samples, and rug pads are not eligible for return. Custom items or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once ordered.

Any damage or defects to the product will be covered by the manufacturer, and an exchange for a new product will be created. If the product is no longer in stock or available from the manufacturer, a refund will be issued to the consumer once the damaged product has been returned.

For all consumer change-of-mind returns, the return freight expenses will be the responsibility of the consumer. This freight expense will be charged to the consumer’s account, and a refund for the remaining credit from the return will be processed back to the consumer upon confirmation of the return by the manufacturer. Custom ordered or made-to-order items are subject to an additional 10% restocking charge.

All returned items must be shipped back to the manufacturer in either the original packaging or similar packaging to prevent damage.

Once refunded, credits will be applied to the consumer's account. This can take anywhere from 3 to 12 business days, depending on the consumer's bank.
